What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I prefer to visit a job site for an initial evaluation before giving a quote. Most initial inspections are free. After the initial inspection I like to talk with the customer and put together an agreed upon work plan.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
IICRC Certifications: Water Extraction Tech / Applied Structural Drying / Applied Microbial Remediation Technician. Lead Abatement Advanced Structural Drying
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I got in this business after doing volunteer work after Hurricane Charley.
