Introduction: We've spent over two decades serving thousands upon thousands of happy and repeat clientele in the Las Vegas valley and surrounding areas, as well as volunteering time to not only indigent clients in desperate need of services they are unable to afford, but also to formal legal associations (such as the State Bar of Nevada) to hold the professionals in this community to the highest ethical and legal standards in an effort to protect the unsuspecting residents in the community from any unscrupulous attorney who may not deserve their trust, or even to be practicing in Nevada. We are a full service firm who takes great pride in giving out the most honest and straightforward advice, even when it's not what a particular client wants to hear at that moment. While we are here to get the most favorable outcome in the most expeditious way for every client we represent, we refuse to lie to a client to retain them, only to set them up for a foreseeable and completely unrealistic (and avoidable) expectation(s) at the conclusion of the case, leaving an angry and confused client when those promises don't come to fruition. We pride ourselves on referral and repeat business, however, we will never make promises we can't keep to sign up business, even if it means losing the case to another attorney. One should always be skeptical of those who promise unrealistic outcomes just to sign you up and get your money! And after 25 years of practice, I can say without hesitation, there truly is truth to the old proverb "You get what you pay for"!
