I have been going to Bardos Massage and Wellness for several years and plan on continuing to go forever! I have had many massages from many therapists and while some have been good none have been as good as the massages and adjunct therapies I get from Jamie LaNeave, the owner and therapist that I see. She is a truly remarkable Massage Therapist. As my needs have changed due to age, health issues, injuries and surgery her massages have evolved to accommodate the changes, treat the problems, facilitate healing and make me feel wonderful!. I credit her with being a major factor in my ability to overcome these challenges and thrive. Jamie is skilled in the use of many healing modalities including medi-cupping, hot stones, infrared, essential oils and many different massage techniques. Although I have only been treated by Jamie I have heard that the other therapists there are excellent as well. Bardos Massage and Wellness center is clean, spacious and very welcoming. I love going there.

Jamie has the best pressure that I've ever had! No one has been able to loosen up my shoulders and legs like her- she's the absolute best!
