FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My rates vary according to the task(s) requested, the level of complexity of that task and the amount of time required to complete the task. I'd like to think that I'm pretty flexible when it comes to rates/packages which often leads me to create custom packages to accomodate the budget of prospective clients. I currently have rate packages between $5.00 -$30.00.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new client, I find it most important to spend the first few interactions getting to one another in areas of personality type and work style.
