- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Dealing with many different kinds of pests it's hard to have a single price.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Usually I will stop by and inspect to see what the pest is. then talk to the Customer about the best cheapest way to handle it. sometimes no chemicals need to be sprayed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The state requires technicians to stay up to date with all education required to do my job. I am certified in general pest control dealing with ants, spiders, fleas etc. I am also certified in wood destroying insects (termites, powder post beetles) and certified in wildlife removal.
