Katie and I recently started a conversation because we're in need of a day-of coordinator. From the start, Katie has been on top of her communication. What caught my attention was that Katie's service is surprisingly affordable for everything that she offers, and her check-list for the event is absolutely on point (she's thought of things that probably hasn't crossed your mind yet). Katie took into consideration every possible task that needs to be done. My interaction with Katie has been most pleasant. I would have loved to collaborate with Katie, leading up to the day-of. Unfortunately, I found out from our venue coordinator that even for day-of coordinators, the venue requires certification. I'm sure if we continued to collaborate, I would have had even more wonderful things to say of Katie. If you need a sound, responsible coordinator, look no further than Katie!

My husband and I got married on 4/13/2019 and are so thankful we found Katie, she truly was a godsend!!! She got back to me quickly when I first reached out to her and was available for all of my questions and panicked moments leading up to the wedding! We met a few months beforehand to discuss details for the rehearsal and wedding day, Katie gave me great ideas and tips and even a template for helping me plan out the ceremony (which I was really stressing about). You just don’t realize how many little logistical things are involved in making a wedding happen, until someone with experience brings it up. On the day of, Katie and her assistant got there several hours ahead of time and set everything up - they did such an amazing job!! Everyone talked about how well our wedding day flowed and how the space was so beautifully decorated. Thanks to Katie, I never had to worry once about timing or keeping things on schedule - she knows exactly what’s she’s doing and executes it perfectly. She’s sweet and professional, I’d recommend her a hundred times over and am so grateful we found her!!!

Katie and her assistant Beth were absolutely amazing! They made our wedding day go smoothly and handled every emergency (and everything else) that happened along the way. Katie was very helpful throughout the planning process, and would quickly answer all my emails and send many recommendations when we needed it. She did an awesome job following through with our vision for the wedding and was always quick to jump in and help. She is very resourceful and a problem solver, and made sure that our wedding day was as stress-free as possible. I don’t know what we would have done without her and we could not have asked for a better day-of-coordinator!
