- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our quotes we send are usually very close to the same at close. The owner of the company is a Veteran and thinks highly of other veterans. Discounts are always available. Not only are they available to veterans but we discount our prices on a daily basis to best fit customer needs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to get the know the customer a little, what exactly they are looking for, whats a good fit considering their home, the type of brand they would like and lastly what their price range is. You will never see Mayflower Mechanical turn down a customer until all options to try and help have been exhausted.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Every member of our work force is certified and highly trained. Once a month they are put through a new training class and seminars to further enhance their skills in the trade. Learning this trade is almost endless.
