FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have a standard fee that I quote for most jobs. However, every job is different and I do my best to work with people's budgets. Therefore, my rates are negotiable. Please don't hesitate to discuss them with me.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When I get a new request or a new match, I like to initially let my customers, or potential customers, know that my rates are negotiable depending on further discussion. Then I like to find out exactly what areas are of concern to the individual. Every house is different, every job is different, every customer is different. I don't have a "standard service plan", so to speak. I focus on the areas that you want attention paid to. If you're more concerned about your bathrooms, then I do a more in depth cleaning there. If you are more concerned with your kitchen, then I do a deeper clean there. I want to know what you want out of the service. That way there are no misunderstandings about scheduling, fees, or what services are included.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
In college, I performed "make readies" for several apartment complexes around Abilene. This means that when one tenant would move out, my team and I would go in and do a floor to ceiling, front to back clean on the apartment to get it ready for the next tenant. We usually did these in the late evenings and overnights. Generally, the apartments were expected to be showable within 12 hours.
