I needed a mini spilt cooling/heating unit installed at the last minute on a short deadline and McKinney cooling came out the same day to inspect and gave me a price quote. He is very knowledgeable and showed me recommendations on which unit to install. This saved me a lot of money due to the fact that the initial one I picked out was overkill for the area and was not needed. The one he recommending installing works great and is exactly what was needed. The Quality of the install exceeded my expectations with him going above and beyond even with the small details. Very professional service that takes pride in the work that is performed. Outstanding work, will recommend to friends.

It’s very rare that one can check all the above boxes these days but I will say Kyle exceeded my expectations in all of them. Its also unusual for me to recommend anyone these days. honestly it’s just not worth the mouthing I get because someone didn’t show up or call. I will and do recommend Kyle to family and friends and they all share a similar story. Thanks again Kyle, keep doing what you do

My pricing is by the job on changeouts and repairs. Freon is by the lb. Service charge is dropped if it turns into a project.
