- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
$12 per person per hour for handyman and housekeeping work. Window cleaning is charged per window to keep the detailed service we offer affordable. $4 per window for 2nd story exterior windows. $2 per window for all exterior and interior windows. $1 for the frame and/or screen cleaning. We charge $10 per person per job as an "Arrival / Supplies Fee". This is only charged one time per person that you request comes to the job and it covers the use of any chemicals, supplies, or gasoline for distance traveled. Any job outside of Salt Lake County will be charged at $20 for the supplies fee.

I work with customers all the way from the 3 bedroom apartment Mother who just needs a little extra help all of the way up to celebrities and the rich and powerful.
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
Recently my company cleaned the house for a man up in Draper Utah who had a total of 220 windows in his house. It took us five days to complete. We continue to do his weekly housekeeping and grocery shopping as well as miscellaneous handy man work when needed. References available upon request.
