I hired her because in her profile she used the words "I'm OCD with cleaning" My 4 yr old and I both have dust allergies. Oddly she didn't even do my room, even though she was in there cleaning the bathroom. Problem is she is just starting out and even though she works at IHC, I think she has very little experience cleaning. I initially messaged her and told her 1900 sq st. 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, mainly waterproof laminate floors and I stressed to her initial deep cleaning. I also stressed to her when she got here I wanted all the baseboards wiped and the tops of the doors and she needed to start in the baby room since she was soon due for a nap (she managed to do the baseboards in my baby's room and the girls bathroom). I provided all the cleaning supplies and I paid her for a little over 4 hours and she did my babies room, my 4 yr olds bathroom, part of the master bath and some of the plantation blinds and some of my floors even though it was discussed what needed to be done, I had to constantly ask if she did something. This all took her 4 hours. 4 hours and she didn't even get half of my house done. She used bathroom cleaner instead of window cleaner on my master bath and it left a haze and we've went over it numerous times trying to get it off since. She also left her Mountain Dew can in my 4 yr olds bathroom (the only one she cleaned) When I told her that the inside of my blinds were still dusty she said it was because I didn't want any form of liquid cleaner. My friend was here when she was cleaning and said she didn't even open all the blinds. I wasn't aware I had to watch her every move to make sure she did what was expected or asked. She spent more time in the little bathroom and baby room than anywhere else. I will say she did a good job in the little bathroom but I feel pretty ripped off for what little she got done. I've had 2 previous cleaners, she is by far THE WORST. She failed to get even half the house done when both the previous 2 cleaners have finished my whole house. I would highly recommend you hire a PROFESSIONAL, not someone just starting out and doesn't know the difference between window cleaner and bathroom cleaner.

Ranae is great! She is super nice and did exactly what I wanted and did a great job! My bathroom is SOOO clean, and my house smells so good! I will definitely be using her again!
