Introduction: Gentle methods with proven results! We have been training horses and giving lessons for 10 years now, with everyone of our customers happy. Our methods are close to the training styles of Clinton Anderson and Chris Cox. We train all-Around Performance Horses. Specializing in Bridle-less/Saddle-less training, Barrel Racing, Gymkhana, Endurance/Competitive Trail, Jumpers, and All-Around Western and English disciplines. The love of horses always comes first. But I love the connection I can create between owner and horse and show people how they can communicate with their horse without harsh methods and seeing that relationship grow to where they are competing and showing their horse, and enjoying each other while winning!

Alicia demanded cash upfront for a month's worth of lessons for myself and my daughter. Her husbanded stated that this is because "horse people are flakes". I paid her, and we got a lesson. The next week, she said she couldn't make it because her brakes went out. I offered to pick her up, but she did not respond. The next week, she said she was in the hospital. She said that she had left numerous messages, however none were received. The next week, she didn't show up again, no explanation. So after paying in advance for a month, we got one lesson instead of four. I then found another instructor for my daughter (a great lady, not on thumbtack), and let Alicia know. Alicia stated that I was a terrible customer, and she had mailed out a refund. No refund ever arrived, hence this factual review.
Farashatan Natural Horsemanship Training and Le...'s reply
Hello Daniel, Im so sorry you felt the need to leave such a review. I have tried working with you with everything. I never demanded money upfront, I just stated that if you pay for your lessons a month at a time, I give a discount, to which you replied was a good deal and said yes. I have the text message if you or anyone else would like to see it. As far as my breaks, yes they did go out, in traffic, nearly causing a horrible wreck. I have papers from the mechanic, with dates on them, if you or anyone else would like to see them. Then as far as me being in the hospital, yes I was. I also have doctor's letters and discharge papers if you or anyone else would like to see that aswell. I was in the hospital for almost two weeks, to which I told you I would contact you when I was discharged, that is why I was not there for the lesson, which puzzles me because why would you show up for a lesson knowing I was still in the hospital? And as far as the refund, I just sent it. You have given it no time to reach you before posting this review. I will gladly send you a picture of the receipt for the money order. But when I finally was discharged from the hospital, I apologized extensively and offered free lessons for any inconveinience, to which you replied rudely and personally attacked me. I have the texts if you or anyone else would like to see them. But I apologize now for the circumstances above. I could not help my breaks going out or having to be hospitalized for a stomach bleed, but I still tried everything I could to make up for what happened and Im sorry I could not make you happy. But my offer still stands for the free lessons and you should be receiving your refund any day now.

FAQs

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Went to training camps with Clinton Anderson as a teen and young adult, and also apprenticed under a few great trainers till my Bridle-less/Saddle-less training got myself known and now I have started my own training business. Plus a lifetime experience training, showing, and competing with horses.
