What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to look at the job first then talk to the customer about what they like and then discuss style they want, what they can do to the area. It definitely varies from job to job.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My education/training is over 20 years of hands on work.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
My father tried to teach me when I was young but of course I had a hard time listening but eventually listened. Started to help him on his jobs and when he retired I tried to pick up where he left off.
