- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My rates are simple. No hidden fees. Each photoshoot comes with a digital album of all edited images, no purchasing digital images after the fact. Prints are purchased through the delivery site or I issue a print release to approved photo labs. I am happy to create a custom package to suit your specific needs, all you have to do is ask!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For weddings I prefer to meet with the couple and make sure that we are a good fit before you book. We will be spending a concentrated amount of time together in intimate settings on the most important day of your life, I want to make sure that you are comfortable with me. Once booked, there is a contract and questionnaire for you to fill out. This allows me to get to know you and your style a little better along with getting you thinking about the organization of your big day. My new customer process is also similar for family, business, and event photography.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have ten years experience behind the camera. I take classes to keep myself abreast of the latest techniques and equipment every chance I get. I have built many logos, websites, designed print ads, and managed social media accounts for several other businesses and non-profits.
