- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We use a program called Xactimate for billing. It is an insurance based program.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I go to the customers location to do an inspection and find the source of the problem. I then explain my process on how we would re-mediate the problem. I do my best to be fair in pricing and explain every detail of the work to be preformed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am certified in Water Damage Mitigation, Mold Remediation, Asbestos inspection, and Anabec coating.
