Introduction: I only do inspections for wood-destroying organisms such as termites, beetles, carpenter ants, etc. I don't try to sell any other services following my inspection. I do not stand to profit if I find an infestation. My only job is to inspect the property and then, inform owners, sellers and buyers of any visible evidence of infestation and damage. I like the fact that my clients can know that I'm not there to try to sell them something they may not need. I don't sell pest control services. I only do inspections. I have been doing inspections in this area for 36 years.
