Duane is a great knowledge resource. My window air conditioner was working intermittently. When I explained the problem to Duane he was willing to stop by and take a look at it. Meanwhile, he mentioned checking the condenser to see if it was plugged. The air conditioner is the largest unit I could find 28K BTU, it weights about 150LBs, and it's ten years old. Sure enough once I set up a cart to slide it onto I found the condenser coil filled with dust and dirt. Once cleaned and back in service it work like new. Many thanks to Duane for his time, knowledge, and patients.
