Sam was great. We purchased carpet at home depot but did not want to buy a new pad or tack strip. Sam offered to do the job, and knows his stuff. He also offered to repair some other carpet in the house that needed stretching. Very Happy.

Sam did an excellent job. He contacted me immediately, came to my house within 2 days, repaired the carpet with invisible seams, and clearly knows his business. Not only did he do an excellent job, he gave valuable professional advice about how to clean and care for carpets in general that the average person wouldn't know. This was the first time I've used Thumbtack, and have actually just put in another request for another professional. Sam was beyond amazing! I called him on a urgent note to come re-stretch my carpets and repair a rip. He cleared up his busy day and made time to come to take care of this issue with in a few hours!
