- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I have a needs assessment form that I use to determine the parameters of a project and what the needs of each client are. I also keep in touch with the client throughout the project to be sure their ideas and needs have not changed.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Some of my current clients include a skin care spa, a construction manufacturing company, a welding company and a home inspector.
