I hired Marran to replace the A/C system in my house. Joe explained everything that they were going to do, and it was done more quickly than I expected. The new system gets the house cold much faster than the old system did, and allows me to heat just specific rooms, instead of the whole house.

The tech from Marran spent way longer on my A/C unit than the company I normally use does. It makes me wonder if my old company was just not doing anything. I used to work in the HVAC business (I worked in the billing department for a gas & A/C company in NJ), so I know when someone is trying to rip me off. Marran didn’t try to sell me any repairs I didn’t need, but they did find and repair a small refrigerant leak that the old company could never find. The old company just occasionally charged me for Freon, when they should have repaired the leak.
