Seven years as a career and business coach, five years of Toastmasters training, completed over 500 presentations. Three-time award-winning speaker. Currently the founder of the Speaking School for Women where I train women to become inspiring speakers who get paid.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I was shy and I was 23 years old. I looked around one day and noticed all the leaders I worked with were excellent communicators. I knew that if I wanted to be a leader, I would need to learn how to speak! That was when I put aside my fear and joined Toastmasters International. It wasn't until five years later that I started my business and public speaking became my #1 marketing tool and later became an income stream.
