Introduction: Creativity is our specialty! Our best menus are created uniquely per event. We have many signature dishes and like to create new ones as we grow. Sauces, soups, casseroles, etc all made from scratch and fresh ingredients. We can make ourselves available for almost any event you desire from surprising your spouse to dinner catered in your kitchen to a couple hundred people graduation party or wedding. Thanks, Brian McClaren I began watching iron chef 20 years ago in my mom's basement (so yes the original Japanese version) and from then on the food network was my favorite channel. I remember being 17 & making my 16 year old girlfriend at the time pancakes bc it was the first thing I started making. Then at 19 I created a dish for a different girlfriend while we were at conneaut lake of lemon pepper shrimp with Angel hair. To this day, my lemon pepper dish (usually chicken now) is still loved by most. What do I enjoy about the work you ask? Well if my love of cooking isn't explained in me telling you how it all started 20 years ago then I guess you'll have to hire us and find out for yourself. I enjoy experimenting and learning anything and everything I can making food. Most of my unique dishes are created on the fly with the ingredients I have on hand then I tweak them as I make them over and over again until I find the guests enjoying it the most.
