What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
If you are buying a home, congrats! There is no charge to you as the sellers pay for my services. For sellers, if I am handling both your buying and selling transaction, I am happy to offer you a 10% discount on the sale commission.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
New client relationships start with an in-depth interview and education consultation. I want to ensure that buyers and sellers are well-educated about the process.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have my BS in Business-marketing from Ithaca College. I have completed the Massachusetts Real Estate licensure coursework and exam. I have taken extensive continuing education classes, too.
