Nothing set in stone as every home is different.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We talk about their home, types of windows and what is included in my quote as well as what is not. We talk about any obstructions. I talk about the services I offer and also about issues that may arise which could affect the over all pricing. Such as hard Water Stains, pre-existing damage or things such as storm windows that may make it difficult to access the windows
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have worked in the service industry most of my life. I enjoy customer service related jobs and this is something I felt I could enjoy and at the same time make a good living.
