I called on a Sunday and a Holiday weekend and they were prompt and took care of our problem quickly and professionally. Very efficient and reliable. Will suggest to family and friends.

When Dean Jackson came to give me an estimate, what I thought was the septic tank was actually an old well. So if he has 25 years experience, he either didn't know it was an old well, or used that fact that I didn't know what it was to try to run up a bill and quote me parts I didn't need. When I started asking questions about his prices, he became very indignant and not customer friendly. I would not recommend him for any major repair work.
