- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have a fixed flat fee rate and will accept monthly installments.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I meet with my client's before their arraignment or next setting in order to establish face-to-face communication and to answer any questions about the upcoming court process. Generally, at the first setting with my clients, I submit a 39:14 (Michael Morton Request) to the prosecution asking for all of the evidence the state has against my client. After I collect the state's evidence and or offense report, I summarize it for my client's and meet with them immediately to discuss the evidence and which strategy will be used to achieve their best outcome.
