Andrea worked up multiple design options for our front sitting room, entryway, and dining room. She delivered her design quickly and was within the budget we had set for her. Her design far exceeded our expectations. Furniture is arriving and we are so excited to see it all come together. We are very happy we used Davenport Design, and will surely do so again in the future. Highly Recommend!Jul 25, 2016
Andrea helped turn our house into a home! She came with ideas, but was eager to understand our style and tastes as well. She listened to what I was needing, helped find affordable options, and helped me integrate the pieces I had with the new. She is a great project manager and nice to work with!Dec 1, 2015
Andrea is attentive, patient and really cares about her clients! Highly recommend!Oct 28, 2015
Andrea took the time to meet with both my husband and I to discuss what we wanted for our home. She stayed within our budget and made a ton of helpful suggestions for us to choose from which was important. As a couple, our styles are completely different. Andrea took both into consideration and without her help, our home would still look like a yard sale! She was able to take what we had, add a little to it and make it what we wanted! Thank you very much!! I will be using her again in the future for sure!Oct 22, 2015
Andrea did a great job helping me with my apartment!! I recently moved to a new place and had no idea how to arrange my furniture, hang my wall decor, and sort through my things to see what furniture I should keep or not. After a few days of her working around the apartment and shopping for just a couple of pieces, my place now looks like it should be in Dwell magazine!Oct 21, 2015

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?$35 for paint color swatches $45 for drapery ideas $65 for finishing touches (selecting accessories to complete the space) $75hr. consultation $100 hr. research/present +50 to install selections once research is complete
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I have two processes I offer: 1. Face-to-face: We meet and have a consultation about your needs. I will take pictures and measurements of the space. You provide a budget and answer a few questions about your style, budget, etc. I get to work! I research and will do a presentation with my ideas. I then provide a shopping list of where to purchase everything. *IF* the client desires after the purchases are made, I will return to the home and help place all the items. Online consult If you are busy and don't have time to meet, I will have a questionnaire for you to answer and then I get to work. I will create a mini inspiration board and put all of the ideas into a box and mail it/drop off to you. It will have all the same information as a home consult just no personal interaction.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I have played with interior design for years but worked for a interior design firm for over a year and decided to pursue interior decorating on my own!
