- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Most services including all bankruptcy cases are offered on a flat rate basis.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I offer a free initial consultation to review each client's individual situation and address any answers or concerns they may have. Once I gather the necessary information, I meet with the client again to review and sign the documents which will be filed with the court. Depending on the client's preference, most communication can be done over the phone or email. However, I am always open to meeting with the client in person whenever requested.

8+ years as a Consumer Bankruptcy Attorney assisting clients file for Chapter 7 & 13 Bankruptcy as well as advising and assisting with Debt Relief outside of the Bankruptcy setting.
