- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After submitting my best quote or estimate, I encourage the customer to ask any questions they may have. I recommend that they take a look at my profile and reviews so they can see for themselves the type of service Cyfair Window Cleaning renders. If the customer hires me, then we proceed to choose the best day to perform the cleaning. I will always do my best to accommodate to their busy schedule!

As a quality control analyst, I have learned to deliver qualitative service. My years of experience in the window cleaning field has given me a depth in understanding my customers' concerns and their particular needs.
