- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Because I don’t have a lot of overhead my markup is not high and my prices are very competitive.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Informing the customer that is they are experiencing and issue to turn off their HVAC system until a decision is made on which professional to hire. In doing this it is insured that no further damage occurs to the system.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
13 years on the job training, a few technical classes here and there, but mostly field experience.
