FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing depends on the customer's requirements and project. Pricing can vary depending on: the condition of the surfaces, whether or not it's new construction, is the house being put up for sale, ect... I offer a 3 tier pricing schedule: paint to sell, paint to live in, and museum quality. All have their eccentricities and can be tailored for each client.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After the introduction: I will ask the clients detailed questions about the project and what their expectations are with the work requirements; I will answer their questions about the product, finish, and timeline. I will give an explanation of the procedure and implementation. I will give an explanation of price and payment requirements.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I was trained by a master painter in Rhode Island over twenty years ago in the basics of most painting applications. Over the years I've worked with experts in various painting sub-genres including faux, texture, staining, lacquer, and furniture refinishing. I have spent over 20 + years working in ultra high end homes in the metro Boston area Rhode Island coastal area and all over the Houston area, as well as over Upstate New York.
