- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Everest Pools Pricing is based upon the required services that our customers are looking for. We are not always the most economic but the quality of our work speaks for its self. We also offer discounts for cash offers and we do provide free estimates with new construction and remodeling projects.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Working with new customers is an introduction to both of us. Why you may ask? well before continuing with such a big/small project we proceed by scheduling an over the phone meeting. This helps to get info. about the project and what our clients expectations are for they're pool project. Once we have determined it is something we can help with we will either give pricing over the phone or schedule a free consultation. Once prices have been disscussed and reassured with the homeowner and Everest Pools we will schedule soon right after with a start date to the project. We try our best to work in a timely manner so we are able to finish the job within a good/short spand of time all while giving you the best outcome with good quality.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Personal Experience is the best education tool we currently have. With continue training from our manufactures on the process and changes in our industry. Being in the Swimming Pool business since 2011 has given us the knowledge to tackle on any project/task/situation.
