- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I can't promise you that I will probably ever be the lowest price, but I can promise you that I am fair about my pricing for the quality of work that you will receive. Not only will you be happy with the work but my goal is that you trust my company and will continue to call us for all of your future needs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Meet face to face and try to build a report with the customer. Go over in detail the scope of work to make sure that we are on the same page. Come up with a number that is fair and detail the outline of work to be performed. Come up with a start and end date and times that work with the customers schedule. Perform the work to be done keeping in contact with the customer from start to finish.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been doing home remodeling and odd jobs since 2002. I continue to educate myself daily on ways to better my skills in my industry.
