- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I begin with a 20 minute phone call to better understand the client's needs. Its a great way to break the ice and ensure we're on the same page about the logistics, as well as the upcoming experience. From there, I move forward with setting up a clear line of communication so we can move forward easily with a professional relationship.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a BA and a Masters Degree in fields that support success in this line of work. Also, I've spent over 15 years working with individuals and teams to help them meet their goals. I've worked with non-profit organizations and for-profit, enterprise level clients such as PayPal, eBay, Citizens Bank, and more. I have a proven track record of overcoming obstacles, living a balanced life and exceeding expectations. Those three things can be intimidating to do all at once - but I am proof that its possible!
