I connected with Michelle (at Create Honesty) via thumbtack for my Interview coaching for pharmaceutical jobs. I have to say that Michelle did a phenomenal job in preparing me for my face to face interview. I took 3 sessions with her and each session was so focused with the objectives for improving and making me confident for the interview. She spent extra time understanding my strengths & weaknesses and prepared a goal plan for me and steps to achieve it, which helped me a lot. She also guided me on how to answer some tricky/challenging questions during interviews. She is a very flexible person and can do sessions either telephonic, Skype or meeting face to face as per your preference. I will definitely work with her in future if needed and will recommend her for interview coaching. Thanks a lot Michelle.......

Michelle, was an excellent and engaging speaker. She took the time in advance to understand the challenges of the leadership team she spoke too and really engaged them in a non-threatening way. She discussed change management, in an environment going through difficult change and took the "fear" out of the discussion. I would highly recommend Michelle, as she is engaging, professional and energetic!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Prices vary depending on the services offered.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I begin with a 20 minute phone call to better understand the client's needs. Its a great way to break the ice and ensure we're on the same page about the logistics, as well as the upcoming experience. From there, I move forward with setting up a clear line of communication so we can move forward easily with a professional relationship.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a BA and a Masters Degree in fields that support success in this line of work. Also, I've spent over 15 years working with individuals and teams to help them meet their goals. I've worked with non-profit organizations and for-profit, enterprise level clients such as PayPal, eBay, Citizens Bank, and more. I have a proven track record of overcoming obstacles, living a balanced life and exceeding expectations. Those three things can be intimidating to do all at once - but I am proof that its possible!
