Introduction: As a private chef, I help the client decide on the final menu, based on their dietary needs and culinary likes and dislikes. I especially enjoy preparing Pan-Mediterranean and South-East Asian recipes. I also enjoy planning parties, as well as offering my services as a server/bartender. My passion is to use the freshest and most sustainable local in-season produce and ingredients and to develop a menu around that availability.

We had a terrific week spent with her as our chef. There were 6 adults and 4 children. She was totally superb. Her food was great and it was a pleasure working with her planning meals. I would hire her again in a heartbeat.

Mona has worked with us on numerous occations. From a dinner of 4 to dinner for 18 guests. Mona’s ability to satisfy a multitude of requests at a single sitting is outstanding. Mona has a keen ability and access to the necessary vendors to provide mostly if not all organic and locally sourced ingredients. We have and will continue to enjoy her culinary creations and passion for her art!
