Introduction: I enjoy using organic ingredients and making delicious meals. I have training and years of experience as a Macrobiotic Cook and from this studied the foundations of a natural foods diet and importance of knowing the ingredients and the secrets they hold. Over the years, I have expanded my cooking to most anything but I can really offer help to anyone looking to unlock the mysteries of the natural foods world. I cooked at Grain Country Macrobiotic Restaurant in San Diego, CA, was kitchen manager for the Kushi Institute kitchen in Becket, MA and had various positions as person chef for individuals wanting help in their home. Most recently, I managed a house for young adults with special needs in a Camphill Community and made meals for large numbers on a daily basis and at the same time provided fun foods for the vegetarians in the house and for gluten free and paleo individuals as well.

Teresa is a true professional. She has an extensive background in cooking for many types of clientele, and therefore has an endless repertoire cooking styles as well as recipes. Her meals are always presented beautifully, with the utmost attention to detail and nutritional content. And they are always pleasing to even the most selective palates.

We had Teresa to my parents’ house to cook food for the upcoming week. She was very creative with my parents’ needs and made delicious food. We continued to have her back as my parents were very happy with the results. I highly recommend her.
