This company handled a very difficult eviction of a tenant for me. The amount of property at the house was unreal. This company did not stop working hard until the job was done. Aside from the work itself, they are very professional problem solvers. I would highly recommend Nowerehauling.com for any type of moving job. They are fast, prompt, and will get the job done!

I don't usually give bad reviews (just don't enter review), but in this case I feel I must as a warning to others that might use their service. Best description of my move is a total nightmare that has continued for 3 days as I unpack. First he shows up with 4 others (appears to have been church friends in their 60's & women with bad knee in which I would not let her help move in fear of injury & no insurance). No one appeared to have any experience & I spent the first 3 hrs going up and down stairs to answer questions...mind I had only 3 pieces of furniture and mostly boxed items (1 chest, 1 desk & 1 TV stand). I had to order the Uhaul ($250 extra blankets) and I provided 12 comforters to use in addition but then found my good comforters & pillows used to cushion since Robert refused to use the 12 bungee cords I provided??? None of them appeared to have any experience moving furniture/home items, including the owner Robert (used blanket to cover $5 plastic mirror but then had gouges on my wood TV stand because he ran out of blankets (only 3 pieces of furniture???). Basically I paid $780 in addition to my own Uhaul at $300, and I had to move my own stuff (should've been able to get in 15' but Robert ran out of room with 20'???). They were very nice but I feel I was scammed...do not use unless you just need trash thrown out...do not trust with your furniture/household items!!

Details: 11-20 items • Mattress • Boxes • Other furniture items • Within the same building • Yes, the mover will move items up/down stairs • No, the mover has access to a passenger elevator

Greetings to All: I am thankful and appreciative for the opportunity to respond to this very important matter concerning my business practice. For the record the Customer Karen did not provide an accurate depiction of what transpired on 8/7/18 - The job was much larger than she reported to me via Thumbtack, and several telephone conversations we shared - She had originally stated that a 15 foot box truck would suffice, in which I priced accordingly. Then later discovered that she switched to a 20 foot truck, in which we never ran out of space - The truck was able to hold all her belongings mostly boxes very little furniture that we stacked properly and carefully, with 32% more space and free labor for 32% more work, but the cost remained the same of $750.00- We worked from 8:30 am on 8/7/18 until our return to Hudson, Ohio at 1:30 am on 8/8/18, the following day including travel time from Hudson to Wadsworth to her final destination of Columbus, Ohio - 17 hours at $100.00 per hour would have been $1,700.00 owed ,but she was charged $750.00 by Nowwerehauling.com plus $30.00 tip for a job well done to Nowwerehauling. com, $300.00 to Uhaul to move her belongings - I am truly happy that I am in a financial position to help her save $620.00 on her move. We secure her belonging accordingly even though she was telling me and my team how to do our job. After the daughter cursed customer Karen out for his displaced book bag. Customer confronted my team about a book bag, in which we reported it was on the truck. Customer Karen decided to stand on and walk on fragile items packed on the truck, which consisted of Tvs, book case, desk boxes etc. while the truck was properly stacked . Thankfully, she found the packed book bag, but I do know how much damaged she caused. I informed her that we can not be held responsible for any damages. Before we began our movingassignment, customer Karen mentioned that this was her "worse move ever" she complained about the buyer(s), the title company asking for additional documents and Uhaul keeping her on telephone hold . Per text messages to me, she apologize at least on 2 occasions for her being difficult to work with. We unloaded items at the storage unit, and then had to restacked the truck, because customer wanted to make sure all storage items was pulled from the truck. It was agreed that the storage items would be placed last on the truck and after the moving job to unload additional items, because she did not have room in her new apartment.. For the record, customer packed her own belongings and placed them in poorly condition used boxes with little or no padding to protect them . At her own discretion, she participated in the move totally by loading her SUV and bringing items to and from the Uhaul truck in Wadsworth and Columbus under her free will ( house, storage first, storage second and her new apartment) She had mentioned that she had been diligently working the last several days to get items ready, had not slept... Also, allegedly injuring her back moving her stuff and failing with items. It was her decision to walk up and down the steps, because she was gathering her belongings and was not prepared when we arrived, and during the entire process. I informed her that she did not have enough blankets for a successful move - She mentioned "just put the stuff in truck", because she did not care about items going into her storage unit. We followed her directive with reservations- Moreover, additional blankets and Pillows were not protected by her - Everyone assisting on my team is qualified, able bodies and competent. I do not know why she would discriminate against someone because of their age At the time of our completion, none of the items that we handled were damaged. Perhaps many items that she carried and handled may have been damaged and or misplaced. Customer required us to carry things in the rain even though she did not protect goods. Items may have been compromised. At the End of the night, She was very thankful and offered to buy us pizza, pop, send additional tip money to me and fuel up my car before we returned home CUSTOMER SIGN A SATISFACTION COMPLETION LETTER FOR THE RECORD AND OFFERED TO GIVE A POSITIVE REVIEW- At the end, she did not have the money to pay - She had to gather money from her daughter to pay her moving debt. We drove around another 1.5 hours for her to gather money, in which she did pay plus gave us a $30.00 tip as noted above The Uhaul truck that I drove for her over 130 miles had no damage, dolly and about 10 moving blankets was returned safely by me. Moreover, the truck was re fueled so that she would not have to pay $4.00 per gallon to Uhaul- Customer is continuing texting me and harassing me - I am gravely concerned for my wellbeing Robert Nowwerehauling.com

Very happy with Robert Dunn and his crew. He fit us in his schedule to accommodate us. The work was completed quickly and efficiently and they even cleaned our dive way which was unexpected. We will definitely use his service for any future projects.
