I recently used Pey Pey the VA to help me coordinate a cross country move. I gave her what, in my opinion, was a difficult time frame to coordinate many moving parts and she handled it all quickly and with grace. My move was seamless and she prepared for possible hiccups, which never happened. The way she dealt with movers and others was impressive. Her customer service skills are top-notch! Due to the large success of that project, I again hired her to help me launch an online business, helping me network and set up office systems. My favorite part of this project was the calendar management. I would highly recommend her for any project and will definitely be using her again for future projects.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I typically do a 30 minute Discovery call to identify the needs of the client. From there, the work can begin.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a degree in Computer Systems Management but have over 15 years of experience in the administrative field.
