- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am medium range as far as pricing. I don't, consider myself high-end so my prices reflect that. Nor am I low cost and willing to do anything to get a client. However I do run specials, and discounts often as well. I want everyone to be able to have beautiful, cherished pictures, no matter what.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to first talk with a new client. whether that's over the phone or via text message. If at that point I feel that I can and will meet their photography needs then if necessary, depending on the type of session, I set up an appointment to meet with them and go over what it is that they are looking for and wanting, And to make sure everything is all set up and planned accordingly.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have taken many online and some in store classes, at my local photography store. But I was (please don't laugh😊) originally trained as a make up artist and photographer at Glamour Shots. That is when I truly realized this is what I wanted to do.
