During an event called Painting and Wine, Chef Frontino Prepared and served Entrée plates, the freshness and flavor were out of this world. The presentation looked like something out of a magazine. He and his staff were professionally dressed for the occasion and I was extremely impressed with the appearance. definitely a five star event, I am going to be booking his company for my Holiday events and even plan on a couple of social gatherings.

Chef Vince recently did some hors d'eouvre for a small painting party I had and they were definitely 5 star quality. Olive tempenade on toast points, Parmesean waffle bruschetta and Italian sausage sliders with roasted tomato aioli. Though this was a small event, it was not treated as such and we were thoroughly impressed with the attention to detail. This included some wine pairing with the wine we had on hand. The entire experience was wonderful and we will definitely use Chef Vince and Epicurean Catering and Events again.
