I am proud, happy, and thrilled to give a highly positive reference to Mr. Everett's writing and editing skills. I submitted a short story for a competition at work and he, purely out of kindness, took the time to go through it for me. I'd posted it on Yammer to get some feedback but what he did went way above just commenting. Not only were his insightful corrections and suggestions on point, he put in the effort to help me understand the need to be consistent with the phrasing of dialog by the characters and to consider how they would word their sentences. He was really helpful with the style, grammar, punctuation, and syntax, but also Mr. Harmon's work improved the flow, tempo, and engagement of my story telling. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After the quote has been accepted, I review a sample of their work and send back what kinds of comments and edits I would provide with the entire project. If that is acceptable, I would continue with the entire project.

A friend was submitting a 2,000 word short story. I spent two hours editing it, correcting grammar and spelling, and commenting on several plot functional areas.
