Introduction: My commitment and dedication to the field of health and fitness began at a young age when I started competitively participating in track and field. The realization of the importance of physical well-being and health carried into my college career where, in 2006, I majored in exercise sports science from Texas State University. My devotion to my field led me to recently become a certified personal trainer through the National Council on Strength and Fitness.
My accomplished background brought about the opportunity to work with a diverse array of clients. I have trained clients of various ages and levels of fitness as well as high-risk individuals. In addition to training on a personal level, I have developed and instructed circuit training classes and group boot camps.
I see fitness as a vital factor for the proper function of our bodies in our daily lives.
