What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is dependent upon the type of event. For personal events it ranges from 10-15% of the total budget of an event. However, we are willing to work with clients to help them with their events.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to speak to customers over the phone initially to set up a time to meet and discuss their needs. Once hired we begin the process of securing venues and vendors if necessary. We make sure our clients are updated frequently on our progress. We also make sure we have a schedule for the day of the event, which is sent to the client a week prior the day of the event.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Kindred Events has over 5 years of experience in planning large and small events of all kinds, ranging from birthdays and weddings to vendor expos and fashion events.
