- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our price may not always be the lowest but there is a reason. We believe in giving the client what they want with the QUALITY they deserve at a price they can appreciate. Our QUALITY encompasses Safety, Price and Performance. When implemented correctly it sets us apart from others. We believe that we can do it better in a manner that our customers will respect. This creates long term valued relationships that money can't buy.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to discuss the details of the work with the customer to clarify what their needs are. This helps us to give an accurate proposal for the work and set real expectations for what the customer will be paying for. If there are additional charges necessary we will not proceed until the customer has been notified and has agreed to those changes. We aim to provide a QUALITY service and do this by including the customer on the decisions along the way.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our technicians are ITS BICSI Certified which means they are properly trained within our industry to service and install our customer's needs. They also receive CECs to maintain up to date knowledge of the new products and technology on the market.
