FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Acoustic pianos should be tuned 2 times a year if the piano is played. If you don't play the piano at all your instrument needs one tuning in a year!! If your piano has not been tuned over a year or you moved your piano to a different location your piano needs pitch raising addition for tuning. Technicians tune piano for two reasons: Strings are stretching and humid variation. Piano tuning regularly is about 2 hours. Tuning in extreme situation (piano has not been tuned for many years) takes more time. For more information please call us or send us an e-mail. Thank you!
