- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am very open and honest with all my customers . I will always give you the fairest price and do the work like it was working on my own house. If there is something I can't do or not comfortable with doing My customers know that right up front. I am not afraid to admit I can't do something.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Make them feel comfortable with me and my work. Try and have them ask as many questions as possible. there is never a stupid question to me.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am registered with the State Attorney Generals office as an licensed Home Improvement contractor.
