Jim Cloman is a scam artist. most dishonest customer I have ever dealt with. Be aware all contractors who work with him you schedule and confirm with his Tennant's they are never home or answer door he is a scam artist. I will be more than happy to tell you all about this scam artist who wants to charge you for his Tennant not being home and or giving you the wrong address and charge you for not showing up. I am warning all contractors do not do business with this guy he is a scam artist. please contact me first before doing any business with this guy. He will threaten you with his Brother in Law attorney what a Big joke he is.
Bill was 15 minutes early to the worksite. Bill came by and introduced himself very professionally and was very courteous. Bill also took his time in finishing the work and made sure it was done right. I spoke to Bill about other projects and to my surprise he was willing to work with me on pricing and also on the work. Thank you Bill.Oct 1, 2018Verified
