Hello Ralph. It is unclear why you gave us a 2-star review. I quoted you for a termite inspection, and it said you hired us. A few hours later, you gave us this 2-star review, even though we had not yet done any inspection or work. In this short period of a few hours, we only communicated when I sent the quote. If you would like to discuss this with us, you may message us here, email us or call at at the office at your convenience. Best, Michael G

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Pest control, rodent control, termite control, wildlife control or exclusion services are different in pricing depending on the structure/unit size and type of service provided (Quarterly Service(annual agreement), One-Time Service, & Monthly/Bimonthly commercial account options.)
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer? With new customers, we like to start by asking questions that help us understand the pest problem which enables us to choose the best strategy to solve it. Common questions we ask clients are "What pest do you think you have? When did you start to notice the problem? How many have you seen? What time of day/night do they usually appear? Are there young children in the house? Any pets? Have you taken any action by yourself to solve the problem before calling?" We would then discuss our general pricing for the problem and make an appointment to come inspect the property and take a closer look at the situation. We pride ourselves on our free inspections and encourage new customers to take action before future pest problems may occur or get worse.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?We have licenses/qualifications for all categories we provide service for (Structural & Rodent Control, Termite Control, Public Health, Food Processing, Wildlife.) I have been a technician & inspector in the pest control industry since 1996. I have attended hundreds of pest seminars, management meetings, and can say for sure that we have experienced many different pest problems over the course of his career and can assure customers they are in great hands when it comes to getting rid of pests efficiently.
