FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pest control, rodent control, termite control, wildlife control and exclusion services are different in pricing depending on the structure/unit size and type of service provided.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
With new customers, we like to start by asking questions that help us better understand the pest problem which enables us to choose the best strategy to solve it. Common questions we ask clients are "What pest do you think you have? When did you start to notice the problem? How many have you seen? What time of day/night do they usually appear? Have you taken any action by yourself to solve the problem before calling?" We would then discuss the best solution for the problem and make an appointment to come inspect the property and take a closer look at the situation. We pride ourselves on our free inspections and encourage new customers to take action before future pest problems may occur or get worse.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have licenses/qualifications for all categories we provide service for (Structural & Rodent Control, Termite Control, Public Health, Food Processing & Wildlife Removal.) I have been commercial applicator/technician & inspector in the pest control industry since 1996. I have attended hundreds of pest seminars, management meetings and can confidently say that I have experienced many different pest problems over the course of my career and can assure customers they are in great hands when it comes to getting rid of pests efficiently.
