My computer crashed and was supposed to be automatically backed up daily by Quickbooks (the fees have been autodeducted from my bank account). No one there could help me and they could not locate my files. I had lost all of my business accounts, billing, etc. Angelo Pagano arrived the day I called and spent several hours attempting to retrieve my information and spoke to QB on the phone for me. After being unable to get my files back he asked if he could take my computer home and continue to work on it. He not only retrieved all my files but he rebuilt the computer at a very competitive price. He is a gets 5 stars for each item (Work Quality, Professionalism, Responsiveness, Value and Punctually!!! )

Angelo came to my house when my Mac crashed. The Apple store said I Needed a new one. Angelo took my Mac overnight and brought it back the next day working beautifully! I wouldn’t trust anyone else.

Mr. Pagano was very knowledgeable and professional. My laptop was extremely slow. I could hardly use it. However, once I received it back from Mr. Pagano, my laptop was like new. Inexpensive and the quality of his work is top notch.

My pricing is up front and is usually hourly unless I determine its a one-time price for the job itself.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I typically ask if customers would like to speak with me over the phone prior to meeting them if I feel the need to get a better understanding of the issue that the customer is having.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Programming & Information Systems; Networking as well as outside and hands-on knowledge of computers for the past 10+ years.
