- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We prefer to not give what we call a 'Locked Quote' which is the agreed upon price of a service that will not change unless a situation occurs after work begins that causes us to do an 'Agreement Modification'. We like for the customer to give us much details of the services needed in the request so we know what we're going out to look at but we prefer to offer the customer a free estimate so we can actually look at the job needing completed. Also, if we do have to do an Agreement Modification we will offer you a multi service discount.
