What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I reserve the right to adjust pricing after seeing an initial draft of I believe that it will take more or less time than I originally quoted. I always offer veterans discounts to both veterans and their spouses.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It really depends on what product is presented to me upon initiation of the project. There is never less than two revisals to ensure satisfaction unless the customer needs a rush job.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a bachelor's degree in English, a masters in education and training, and I have taken numerous human resources training and development courses.
